Morning Regulation

1. Hand to chest, hand to ribs. Notice my body before fixing anything.
2. Inhale for 4. Exhale for 6. Repeat 10 rounds.
3. Roll shoulders back. Soften jaw, tongue and belly.
4. Say: “I can feel deeply and still stay centred.”
5. Choose one grounded action for the next hour.

Inhale: “I am here.”
Exhale: “That is not mine.”

  1. Sit tall and soften your shoulders.
  2. Inhale through the nose for 4.
  3. Exhale slowly for 6.
  4. Repeat for 3–5 minutes.
